Is KidsPreneur right for my child?

The four things parents ask us before anything else — answered plainly.

🎈

Ages 9–15, grouped by readiness

Children can join from age 9 and keep going through 15. Rather than fixed age brackets, each cohort is grouped by age and readiness together, so your child works alongside peers at a similar starting point.

🌱

No experience needed

No coding background, no business knowledge, no prior AI use. Level 1 starts from the basics and assumes nothing. Each level runs about 5 weeks, with two sessions per week.

🛠️

What a session actually looks like

Children work in small teams on a problem they picked themselves. They sketch their own ideas first, then use AI to test and stretch those ideas — and finish by explaining which parts were theirs and which the AI helped with.

🎒

What your child takes home

Not a certificate of attendance. A problem brief, a brand kit, a working prototype or landing page, and a pitch deck they present live at Pitch Day.

🧭

Still not sure? Let the assessment answer it.

Our free 5-minute Strength Assessment reviews your child’s age, interests, current experience, and AI familiarity — then recommends the right starting level. No payment, no commitment.

Why Now

Knowing how to use technology is no longer enough.

Responsible AI Starts With Understanding the Risks

It Is Only Natural for Parents to Worry.

AI can open extraordinary opportunities for children, but without structure and guidance it can also build unhealthy learning habits.

1

Cheating & Shortcuts

AI makes it easy to skip the effort, eroding honesty and bypassing the learning process.

2

Passive Thinking

Over-reliance can weaken curiosity, critical thinking, and persistence in solving problems.

3

Privacy & Unsafe Online Behaviour

Children may share personal data or use unsuitable tools without understanding the risks.

4

Excessive Screen Time Without Supervision

Unguided use can affect focus, sleep, mood, and real-world relationships.

Today’s Reality
7 in 10

Children and teens have already started experimenting with generative AI tools.

The AIU mascot holding a safety shield

The question is no longer whether children will use AI, but whether they learn to use it responsibly.

What Sets Us Apart

The KidsPreneur Ethical AI Standard: The 3P Framework

We don’t just teach children how to use AI — we teach them how to stay in control of it: wisely, critically, and responsibly.

01 · Purpose

A Clear Purpose

“Why are we using AI here?”

  • Not Just Following a Trend: AI is used only when it genuinely deepens understanding and exercises a child’s critical thinking.
  • Meaningful Exploration: If a topic is understood better without AI, we take the route without AI.
  • Focused on Real Solutions: AI is used to help children solve real-world problems and develop their own business ideas.
02 · Process

Transparent by Design

“How does this AI actually work behind the scenes?”

  • No “Black Box”: Children learn the basic logic of how AI processes data instead of simply accepting raw answers.
  • Auditing & Risk Detection: Children are trained to spot errors (hallucinations), check facts, and recognise AI bias.
  • An Open Process: Children take pride in showing their own thinking and the prompts they wrote themselves.
03 · People

People Stay First

“How does this affect a child’s development?”

  • Student Agency (The Child Steers): AI is an assistant; the creative ideas, final decisions, and project direction stay 100% with the child.
  • Privacy & Safety, Absolutely: Protecting a child’s personal data is a top priority, without compromise.
  • Inclusive & Adaptive: AI is used to adapt to each child’s unique learning style without eroding their independence.
Learning Philosophy

Children shouldn’t be copying answers.
They should be building a system for thinking.

01

First-Principles Thinking

Understanding the root of a problem
Questioning assumptions
Building logical solutions
02

Co-Existing with AI

Treating AI as a thinking partner
Verifying output and thinking critically
Keeping human judgement in control

KidsPreneur teaches children to use AI safely, thoughtfully, and creatively, not aimlessly.

Grounded in responsible-AI principles inspired by UNESCO, OECD, AI4K12, and child-centred learning practice.

Learning Method

Learn by building.

One continuous journey, not five separate subjects.

1

Discover

Spotting real problems, user needs, and relevant opportunities.

2

Create

Generating possibilities and choosing the most promising idea.

3

Build

Building a value proposition, brand, prototype, and first business concept.

4

Improve

Testing assumptions, gathering feedback, and strengthening the solution.

5

Pitch

Presenting the problem, the evidence, the solution, and the learning journey with confidence.

PROGRAM KIDSPRENEUR

Three levels. One journey from idea to finished work.

Level 1 is the main starting point. Children can continue to the next levels to go deeper into validation, execution, and presentation.

Responsible Collaboration

Think alongside AI.
Not replaced by it.

AI helps children explore possibilities. These six guardrails build safe, critical, and honest digital habits.

Protect personal data

Never enter sensitive information into an AI platform.

Verify the output

Check facts, sources, logic, and assumptions before using an answer.

Be honest about AI’s help

Explain which parts AI helped with and which parts were their own.

Never fake evidence

No invented data, testimonials, visuals, or research findings.

Dare to question

Never accept an AI answer just because it sounds convincing.

People make the final call

Values, empathy, context, and the final decision stay with the child.

Our Signature Experience:
Mini Shark Tank

Pitch Day gives children a real reason to build a story, show evidence, answer questions, and stand behind their decisions.
